DECLARATION AND DISCLAIMER
WE MUST DECLARE:: We the above mentioned PRO LAW INTERNATIONAL(PLI) firm and Club Legal 600 deny being involved in any “witch hunting” or “hatred” intentions towards any particular membership Scheme or Company. As Lawyers we intend to conduct ourselves professionally without prejudice nor favor and to always fairly investigate what ever has been told to us or is published on the internet, or elsewhere and in doing so we shall adhere to the Rule of Law. Therefore, Club Legal 600 nor PLI is never to be seen to have any intention to “gang up” or “lynch mob” alleged wrong doer’s. All shall be treated fairly pursuant to Law. Also, it is proper to disclaim that PLI are Lawyers and not the Court. Therefore, there is no Promises of success represented by us in any way, shape or form. PLI shall apply its best experienced ability and professionalism in your case and protect your rights, BUT are not in a position to make promises as to the result nor what may be paid to you, as only the Court have control over that, and NOT PLI.

ACCEPTANCE:
I the above named Applicant or the authorized person as mentioned at [5] above who is duly authorized to hereat commit the Applicant, herein ACCEPTS and appoints the firm PRO LAW INTERNATIONAL(PLI) as detailed above, the General Counsel for Club Legal 600 (The Club), to act in the appropriate proceedings or action that may be taken against the party mentioned at (14) above. I shall without hesitation follow the advice given to me by PLI or their assigned Legal Officer or PLI support staff and shall fully cooperate without hesitation when I'm asked to produce related supporting documents, sign affidavits that I find to be truthful and correct and/or to do all lawful things in support of this Class Action Suit or other action seen fit, as and when the need arises.

I likewise ACCEPT that this is not only for me, but for many other Claimants that have been allegedly wronged or cheated and these Lawyers at PLI who are working Pro Bono for us all, until they help us all to Win, and only then, will they get their minimal above said percentage of legal fees as said at [B] above. I also understand and agree, that the USD$600 Club Membership Fee is Non-Refundable.
