1. YOUR OPTIONS ARE: We build your SafeESTATE, pursuant to your Option Selection, which can Include your Tax Exempt Private Foundation or Trust (TEPF), Off Shore Companies (OSCs) and yes our package includes off shore Banking Too. We refer and assist you to attain Off Shore Banking Services at any one of our Affiliate Banks off Shore, that can include Visa/Master Debit Cards “World ATM useable”, investment facilities, and even Crypto Currency accounts if you want that. Details of these Off Shore Banks (OSB’s), whom our firm enjoys an Affiliate relationship with, are discussed with “Deposit Paid” Clients, as to which are suitable for you, to ensure the right solution for your SafeESTATE and business model, if any. There are three different SafeESTATE’s that we can build for you, option A or B or C. Also ANONYMITY OR IN PERSON Is an important decision you need to make. When selecting Anonymity, it means your name legitimately does not appear on any official records, but you remain in total control of your SafeESTATE. 3. THE LPOA: As your lawyers building your SafeESTATE, in order that the process can  be streamlined, we will  need to have  your Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA), which only gives us power in matters to do with the Building of your SafeESTATE and in any event this LPOA expires automatically after 6 months from signing. Plus all that is signed on your behalf, is copied to your email and we prepare the LPOA for  your consideration. This is essential in order that we can deliver your  SafeESTATE, with Bank accounts opened  much quicker than the normal processing times. 4. PROFESSIONAL FEES: When we know more about your operation and selected Options, our  professional fees are made known to you on a case-by-case basis after  the part below is completed and submitted.  Upon your acceptance of the Quote, a Contract is signed between you and us, listing what obligations you and our firm need to carry out .There are two payments; a deposit upon the signing of the Contract which gets us started with a enough to pay local agents that we work with, Government filing fees etc. Only after your SafeESTATE is completely built as per your selected Options, with  Bank accounts opened too, we courier your SafeESTATE “Docu-Box” containing  original company documents and bank records after receipt of the 2nd payment of our Professional Fee. Your Docu-Box becomes  the key to the door of your newly built SafeESTATE.

For SafeESTATE Options A and B, your assigned Legal Officer at our firm  will stay on board with you for 90 days from  the completion of your SafeESTATE building for ongoing advice, and this 90 day advisory period  is included  in our fees.
