CLUB LEGAL 600 PRIVACY POLICY
We represent to all Club Legal 600 (The Club) members as follows;
1. To enable the Club and Professional Law International Ltd, better known as PRO LAW INTERNATIONAL(herein after referred to as PLI) to do their duty, and serve you in your best interest, they will need to collect information from you in support of your Claim before the Court or for any other Legal Purpose. Privacy Information like the answers to questions in The Club’s Application Form, Your proof of ID, Proof of Address, or such other information that its needed by the Court or PLI in order that you can be better served and advised.
2. When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this well and shall accept full responsibility over all your personal and/or private records, plus any privileged or other information shared with us verbally, all to be herein after referred to as “ PRIVACY INFORMATION”. Of course, such is required to be shared with us or produced to The Club and/or PLI, in order that we can do our work and serve you best. In doing so, The Club and PLI shall work ever so hard and diligent to protect your Privacy information and to allow you to be in better control of your Privacy information, that you share with, and produce to, us.
3. Apart from your Privacy Information that is needed to be used or handled by The Club’s processing staff or PLI Legal Officer assigned by PLI, any PLI Support Staff, the Court where you are part of a Class Action Suit, or other suit related to your Claim is filed, any Court Staff thereat, where all the above named persons are required to handle your Privacy Information ONLY AS A MATTER OF DUTY, you herein consent for that to be allowed. But when your Privacy Information is to be used OUTSIDE the above circle of persons or by the above circle of persons but beyond their dutiful capacity, YOUR PRIOR consent shall be required in written form, before such can be used, shared, Handled or released.
4. This Privacy Policy may be updated, with 14 days Notice to date of its new effectivity, and this website shall be the place of its promulgation.
